Uncontrolled movement through the ceiling, walls and floor is often one of the greatest sources of heat loss in a home. On top of that, air movement across these surfaces can lead to other problems such as poor indoor air quality, ice damming and condensation in your attic.
We use a nationally accepted process to determine how tight a home is, and how tight it should be. If a home needs air sealing, we use a blower door to guide our work, allowing us to find the smallest of leaks and quantify our results.
