We’re hiring an 01 or 02 Journeyman Electrician with at least 4 years of residential experience.  Our electricians work as part of a team that repairs and remodels homes, apartments, and small commercial buildings.  Our electrical services include knob and tube wiring inspections and repair, service upgrades, whole house rewiring, light and ceiling fan installation, thermostat wiring, electrical heater repair, outlet and light switch wiring, floor heater installation, electrical safety assessments, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Duties

  • Create a safe, professional work environment for team members, clients and the public.
  • Interact with customers in a polite, professional manner.
  • Perform all aspects of electrical, including troubleshooting, rewires, new construction, and service upgrades.
  • Work with foreman to complete electrical projects as assigned.
  • Supervise trainees.

  • Lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 60 pounds).

The work includes drywall install (commonly a half sheet or less), mud, topcoats, texture, and painting, kitchen and bath remodels, replacing windows, doors, and flooring, rot repair, siding removal and reinstall, deck repair, and some crawlspace work. We’re hiring an Insulator with at least 5 years of experience in residential insulation.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with the Washington State Department of Commerce Low Income Weatherization Specifications.  The work includes air sealing, ductsealing, installing vapor barriers, insulating stick built and mobile homes, dense packing walls, blowing cellulose and fiberglass loose fill, installing bath fans, doing blower door tests, and completing paperwork including diagnostic and combustion safety forms.

Favinger Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Project Administrator at assist the Operations Manager with day to day operations. Duties
Carry out the Favinger mission of creating happy clients by doing work safely, correctly, and on time.

Schedule and follow through with plumbing and sewer projects including:

  • Point of contact for clients
  • Scheduling site visits
  • Typing up estimates and sending them to clients
  • Sending deposits and contracts for signature
  • Preparing projects for execution (ensuring materials, permitting, locates and work instructions are in place)
  • All plumbing permitting
  • Invoicing and change orders
  • Other organizational duties
  • Backup phones for dispatch.

Job Requirements
